I'm incredibly appreciative of Prius 911's patience. This is the first time I've had to deal with the world of insurance paying for a stolen catalytic converter. Prius 911 was very cool while we waited for the check to arrive from the insurance folks. They were also very clear that this is often how this process works and not to freak out. Their concern for the client, quality service and good-natured attitude will keep this Prius owner returning to Prius 911 in the future.

My parents took their Prius here and they were extremely helpful and provided great price! We needed a brake check and they helped us with that and more. Usually car places try to scam you into more things needed on your car but they were honest on what the car needed. Definitely coming back here again!
